As a Pharmacist, you will operate within a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care, primarily focusing on PrEP, STI, and HIV management. You will provide medication counseling, oversee pharmacy operations, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage medication refills, and the capability to lead pharmacy support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient medication counseling and support services
• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise technicians




• Ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial regulations
• Manage inventory and coordinate medication orders
• Administer injections in accordance with regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D
• Active Pharmacist license in Ontario, in good standing
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
