What You’ll Need





Previous labourer experience in industrial, construction, oil and gas, or maintenance environments (asset)

Experience working on shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage projects (required)

Ability to safely use common hand tools and equipment

Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures

Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team

Physically able to lift, carry, climb, and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work 10-12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
