Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient and family-focused neonatal care




• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for optimal care
• Educate families on best practices and resources
• Adapt care based on evidence-based practices
• Document care accurately in electronic systems

Requirements:
• Valid license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent NICU experience; current graduates may apply
• STABLE or ACORN certification preferred
• NRP certification required upon hire
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire
