Elevate the Genesis Experience

We are looking for a Genesis Experience Manager to join our team! This is aunique opportunity for a polished, energetic and customer-focused individualwho understands that exceptional hospitality, attention to detail andrelationship building are at the heart of a luxury automotive experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As the Genesis ExperienceManager, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorableexperience for every Genesis guest.

Welcome every guest with a warm, professionaland personalized experience.





Serve as the primary point of contact forGenesis guests throughout their dealership experience.

Coordinate and oversee the Genesis guestjourney, from initial arrival through vehicle delivery and ownership.

Schedule and coordinate vehicledemonstrations, test drives and product experiences.

Conduct or coordinate personalized vehicleorientations and delivery experiences.

Follow up with guests after delivery toensure satisfaction and strengthen the relationship.

Maintain regular communication with Genesisowners and prospective customers.

Coordinate owner events, product launches,VIP experiences and dealership hospitality initiatives.

Work closely with Sales, Service and Parts toensure a consistent luxury experience across the dealership.

Identify opportunities to exceed guestexpectations and create memorable moments.

Maintain a high standard of presentationthroughout the Genesis showroom and guest areas.

Assist with CRM follow-up and ensure customerinteractions and follow-up activities are properly documented.

Monitor customer feedback and identifyopportunities to improve the Genesis experience.

Help develop and maintain a robust Genesisowner community in Regina and surrounding markets.

Qualifications Required




The ideal candidate is someone who naturallyunderstands hospitality and luxury service

SalesManager and/or Finance experience is considered an asset.

Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills.

Apolished, professional and engaging personality.

Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.

Theability to build meaningful relationships with customers.

Confidenceinteracting with high-value clients and VIP guests.

Aproactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Strongfollow-through and accountability.

Experiencein luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, hotels, restaurants or anotherhigh-touch customer service environment is an asset.

Automotiveexperience is helpful but not required.
