The Pharmacist I manages medication therapy and intervenes as required to optimize patient outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working clinically in an urban acute care site. Completion of an accredited hospital residency/Pharm D program. Member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
