Join Agilus by Synergie as an Environmental Compliance Advisor II in Edmonton, Alberta. This role focuses on overseeing environmental and regulatory compliance within the Oil and Gas sector while supporting project teams.

As an Environmental/Regulatory Advisor II, you will serve as the primary contact for all environmental matters. This role involves coordinating environmental programs, regulatory compliance plans, and working closely with project teams and external consultants. You'll be crucial in implementing best practices and ensuring the project’s adherence to environmental, socioeconomic, and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation of project’s Emergency Support Group and EMP
• Develop and implement Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Management Plans
• Assist with Safety,



Health, and Environmental activities
• Obtain project permits and approvals in a timely manner
• Review EPC contractor plans for acceptability

Requirements:
• University degree in Natural/Environmental Sciences or related field
• Previous experience in regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with in-country regulations desirable
• Excellent English communication skills
• Positive interpersonal and organizational skills
