In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of IT infrastructure while providing top-tier Level 1 support for network, desktop, and telephony issues. You will also manage user account enrollment, coordinate support requests, and provide end-user training. The role requires flexibility, with potential shifts including evenings and weekends across HDMH and SMMH facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 support for network and desktop issues
• Manage user accounts and training for end-users




• Handle desktop and network cable changes effectively
• Coordinate support requests and third-party escalations
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in IT or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years' Level 1 IT support experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
• CompTIA A+ Certification desirable
• DC Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist is a plus
