1) Minimum three large scale projects in a lead organizational change management role comparable in size and complexity to the city -preference will be given to the public sector MM-EWM projects implemented in SAP environments.
2) Minimum 2MM-EWM projects acting in a lead organizational change management role.
3) Certified as a change Practitioner such as PROSCI is preferred with the use of ADKAR on project
4) Strong lead experience presence coaching client teams.
