Baycrest is seeking a Specialist, HRIS - Workforce Management Systems to administer and optimize UKG Pro WFM and provide backup support for Empath and core HRIS. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure data integrity, compliance, and continuous system improvements.
This hybrid, full time position focuses on system configuration, testing, reporting, and governance while avoiding day-to-day scheduling and payroll processing responsibilities.
