In this full time role, you will bridge Group Risk Management and the sales structure, focusing on underwriting and credit solution structuring. Your proactive approach will ensure effective client relationship management and credit renewals, while also identifying innovative product offerings. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the Private Banking unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Private Bankers in credit origination and structuring
• Enhance client experience through proactive problem resolution




• Provide strategic credit advice alongside relationship teams
• Present credit capabilities to RBC partners
• Manage credit renewals effectively

Requirements:
• University degree in business or finance
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
• 3-5 years of lending experience
• Strong understanding of financing products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
