Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction activities following project specifications
• Lead crew while ensuring timely arrival and efficient work
• Submit daily progress reports and timesheets to management




• Liaise between management and crew to facilitate communication
• Mentor crew in safety adherence and quality standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson designation
• 5-7 years of construction industry experience required
• Understanding of high-voltage substation construction preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record required
