Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform gap and impact analysis for technology implementations
• Create process maps and customer journey diagrams




• Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Act as liaison among business, IT, and vendor stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience
• CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
• Experience with insurance technology and customer journeys
