Salary is commensurate with education and experience as per the CCFA Collective Agreement. At initial placement, minimum placement is step 11 ($70,437) and maximum initial placement is step 4 ($94,548).
Once employed, dependent upon category, increments-for-service allow for progression to step 1 ($112,872) for Category II (master degree) or to step 2A ($105,175) for Category I (bachelor degree).

The School of Health Sciences & Human Services is looking for term clinical Dental Hygiene instructors. Our Dental Hygiene Diploma program faculty combine clinical expertise and a passion for teaching into rich and rewarding student and instructor experiences. Instructors are critical players in assuring quality educational experiences that prepare the graduate dental hygienist for a diverse, ever-changing health care environment. They are committed to student success and guide students through the learning process, in a learner centered environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of Dental Hygiene Diploma is required
Minimum of three years of clinical experience in dental hygiene
Current licensure with BCCOHP as a Dental Hygiene Practitioner; and current CDHA / BCDHA membership, NDHCB Certification and Current CPR ( BLS ) or equivalent.
Ability and desire to acknowledge, understand and embrace the diversity within our community and treat others in a spirit of dignity, respect, compassion, honesty, openness and inclusiveness
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
