We provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, families, and organizations through counselling, trauma therapy, Brainspotting, coaching, and wellness services. Job description:

At IronMind Wellness, we’ve always believed mental health care should feel more human, more comfortable, and more connected to the people walking through the door. This applies as well to the people who join our team.

We are currently seeking a registered therapist, registered social worker, or registered psychologist to join our growing private practice in a hybrid independent contractor role. We are especially interested in professionals who want to focus on:

Men’s mental health

Couples

LGBTQ+

Brainspotting

EMDR

Group facilitation

Offering services in French

We’re looking for someone who:

Qualifications:

Master’s level education Registered (or eligible for registration) in New Brunswick

Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy

Strong clinical documentation and professional standards

Brainspotting/EMDR training considered an asset

Bilingualism (English & French) considered a strong asset for Bathurst position. Required for Caraquet position.
