Job Description: ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of premier in-home care providers. We take time to understand the needs of our clients and work diligently to keep them secure at home. As a Recruiter at ComForCare, you will serve as the initial contact point representing the business to candidates, participate in developing effective recruitment strategies driven by data, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain job postings, communicate daily with applicants, utilize reporting for tracking recruitment trends, and leverage custom source links in the ATS for recruiting from diverse channels such as social media, job fairs, and referrals.

What we are looking for: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
3-4 years of experience in a recruitment role (preferably high-volume recruitment).
Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)




What you will be doing: Participate in the development of successful, data-driven recruitment strategies
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (CareerPlug)
Maintain job advertisements
Communicate with applicants on daily basis, reviewing new applicants and moving them through the hiring process
Leverage reporting to track recruitment trends and adapt our recruitment strategy appropriately
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for caregiving and office staff.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Verify credentials, certifications, references, and background checks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment standards.
Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment reports.
Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing targets.
Support employee retention initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Understanding of administrative processes related to recruitment with a demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory and compliance driven environment.
