In this role, you will manage a dedicated crew and report directly to the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor. Your responsibilities include ensuring project specifications are met, leading by example to foster a safety-first culture, and submitting timely progress reports. A degree in Construction Management or relevant Journeyperson designation, along with 5-7 years in construction, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily in office construction activities and compliance
• Submit progress reports and crew timesheets accurately
• Train and motivate crew on safety practices




• Liaise between management and crew to enhance workflow
• Ensure quality workmanship aligns with design specifications

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson status
• 5-7 years construction industry experience
• Knowledge of safety regulations and project scheduling
• Medium to high-voltage experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
