You will handle various firearms, maintain store presentation, and deliver exceptional service daily, with a focus on making informed customer recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with buying decisions through needs evaluation
• Maintain knowledge of firearms and hunting practices
• Promote Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s programs effectively




• Ensure visual presentation meets standards through upkeep
• Address and resolve customer inquiries with logic and judgment

Requirements:
• One or more years of sales or service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License required
• Robust customer service and recommendation skills
• Previous experience in outdoor lifestyle preferred
