Pay or shift range: $22 CAD to $24 CAD

We are looking for a Pastry Cook who masters the art of transforming the simplest ingredients into exceptional creations, elevating every dining experience. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to craft unique desserts with precision and creativity, while maintaining proper inventory control and consistently high-quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience through beautifully presented creations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare and create house-made pastries for our restaurants, maintaining quality standards while adding your own creative touch
Design and execute pastry presentation and plating for both restaurants, ensuring harmony in colors, textures, and flavors




Produce molded chocolates for use across our restaurants and hotels nationwide
Develop house-made syrups for our restaurant bars, in collaboration with the mixology teams
WHAT YOU BRING
At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook in a full-service restaurant or hotel environment
Solid expertise in pastry, chocolate, and baking techniques, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
Creativity and the ability to innovate while respecting culinary traditions

The hourly range for this role is between 22,00$ and 24,00$ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
