Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 issues across these platforms, support technology readiness at alternate operational sites, and participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation for critical systems
Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant operational technology experience, including demonstrated ability to lead small‑to‑midsize initiatives; OR

Assets Experience in a public safety, emergency services, or 24/7 operational environment
Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, public safety technology, or incident command tools
Experience managing vehicle tracking/telemetry systems (GPS/AVL, cellular modem fleets)
Skills required for success Deep understanding of enterprise data exchange (mapping, APIs, authentication, error handling) and the ability to trace data end‑to‑end to isolate root causes
Strong analytical capability to diagnose complex multi‑party failures spanning vendors, networks, and internal platforms
Working knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and ability to develop automated tools/scripts (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) for validation and monitoring
