As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide essential nursing and medical support while adhering to Ontario Health & Safety legislation. Your role includes managing health concerns, overseeing rehabilitation, and assisting with WSIB claims. Flexibility is crucial, as you'll be required to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer health counselling and education to employees
• Oversee health concerns, both non-emergency and emergency
• Assist with WSIB claims and return to work programs




• Administer medical surveillance examinations and document findings
• Follow up on workplace accidents and health incidents

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in positive standing with the College of Nurses
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Complete availability for varied shift scheduling
