As a key player in hazardous materials consulting, you will guide clients through critical projects involving asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous substances. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Designated Substance Surveys (DSS) and assessments
• Liaise between clients and contractors on project sites
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets,



and technical reports
• Monitor remediation activities for compliance
• Attend site inspections and project reviews

Requirements:
• 5-10 years experience in HAZMAT consulting
• Knowledge of Ontario regulations (Reg 278/05 and O.Reg 490/09)
• Familiarity with Designated Substance Surveys (DSS)
• Solid time management and project coordination skills
