Key Accountabilities: Regularly using complex techniques for analyses Ongoing development primarily on-the-job with targeted specific intermediate-level course training Actively pursues current assignments to broaden technical skills Short-term narrow scope project leadership Takes responsibility for preparation of portions of annual business plans Pursues opportunities to transfer knowledge to peers in order to build group technical capabilities Influences team business planning through integration of geoscience and non-geoscience information Independent decisions for planning, organizing,



and completing technical assignments once overall direction provided by a leader Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Geology or Geophysics with 6-9 years work experience Sufficient knowledge of O&G; economics, land, and engineering to assess impact of such information on project goals, timing, and recommendations Demonstrated ability to provide mentoring to junior staff or students Progress into this level is predominantly based on meeting the performance requirements described for this level as well as some consideration for time period spent in the previous Band.Think we are a fit?
