Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction for developer-experience initiatives across the engineering organization. You will own high-leverage problems, drive standardization, and enable AI-native development on a growing, senior team.

In this hybrid role, you will work onsite at our San Francisco or Seattle hub three days a week, collaborate with product teams, and mentor engineers while pushing monorepo tooling, CI performance, and build-system improvements
