"NOW HIRING STOCK ROOM INVENTORY COORDINATOR"

Supports: Maintenance Department

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

Day Shift: 7:30am - 4pm or 6pm

OPPORTUNITIES FOR OVERTIME (if desired/optional)! Our Company pays 1.5x rate over 40 hours per week, with up to 12.5 hours weekly of overtime.

Main functions:

To receive, organize and retrieve power tools, hardware and various materials from the stock room for the manufacturing personnel while maintaining digital records.

Duties:

- Inventory control
- Maintain accurate digital records
- Inspect and receive incoming power tools, record shortages and tag out damaged goods
- Unpack, label and store hardware and materials to appropriate storage areas
- Read labels on packaging and verify the contents listed with documentation to ensure that they are accurate
- Exchange information with co-workers, managers and supervisors




- Maintenance support throughout the facility on an as needed basis
- Liason with suppliers and help with product and parts sourcing as needed
- Assist with preventitive maintenance

Requirements:

- Must be tech-savvy
- Proficient with MS-Excel and Inventory Management Systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Initiative and drive to implement new processes
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- General understanding of various power tools
