**Responsibilities**
Design and maintain structured onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams
Author clear, concise technical documentation, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes using Markdown and internal wikis
Script, record, and edit engaging video tutorials that walk developers through Dev

Ops tools and workflows
Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools, teaching teams to leverage Git

Hub Copilot for code generation and CI/CD optimization
Host live training sessions, facilitate workshops, and run technical office hours to build a thriving developer community
Serve as the voice of the developer, translating feedback into actionable requirements for core Dev

Ops and infrastructure teams
**Requirements**
3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a Dev

Ops/Platform Engineering focus
Solid understanding of modern Dev

Ops concepts, including CI/CD pipelines (Git

Hub Actions), Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Git

Hub Copilot or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation
Proven portfolio showcasing technical writing (docs, blogs, guides)



and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and passion for helping engineers succeed
Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools is a plus
