CrossSafety seeks a passionate Health and Safety Associate with a detail-oriented mindset for full time support in construction and operations safety. This salaried contract position offers substantial growth potential and responsibilities including risk management and compliance with Ontario OHS laws. You'll collaborate with client teams, identify hazards, and manage safety assurance audits to maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert health and safety guidance on construction projects
• Anticipate hazards and advise on protective measures
• Conduct health and safety audits and inspections




• Perform regular site inspections and document actions
• Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies on safety matters

Requirements:
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or construction trade
• Minimum one year of field experience in high hazard environments
• CRSP, CSP, CHST, CIH, or ROH designation
• Strong knowledge of Ontario workplace health and safety laws
• Valid Class G driver’s license and Transportation Security Clearance
