Role & Responsibilities

Own and drive product feature delivery from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and business objectives

Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and working-backwards artifacts for assigned initiatives

Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver customer value

Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and recommend solutions based on customer needs, market trends, and platform strategy

Support release planning by defining feature goals, managing priorities, and balancing business value with technical feasibility

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to collect, prioritize, and address customer feedback and feature-level issues

Define and track key product and operational metrics to measure feature adoption, performance, and business outcomes

Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive continuous product improvement

Review feature demonstrations and validate delivery against acceptance criteria and intended business outcomes





Support product launches, monitor post-release health, and drive actions to improve adoption, customer experience, and operational performance

Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to influence outcomes and drive alignment

All About You

6-9 years of progressive experience in Project/Program management.

Passionate about understanding customer needs, product usage patterns, and operational characteristics to drive product improvements

Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex initiatives while collaborating effectively across teams

Experience delivering cloud-native products, platforms, APIs, or digital experiences at scale

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making

Ability to evaluate trade-offs across customer experience, business outcomes, technical complexity, and operational considerations

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Secure, or similar methodologies)

Effective communicator who can influence peers and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling communication





Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable product requirements and clearly documented acceptance criteria

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships and drive consensus across cross-functional teams

Passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable customer and business value

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Salary Range

Full time: CAD 125000 - 135000

Contractors: 70 CAD / hr

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
