Elevate culinary experiences as a Server with Retirement Concepts. This role involves delivering quality service in our dining rooms, lounges, and through room service for residents and guests.

As a Server reporting to the Support Services Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences. Your key responsibilities will involve preparing dining areas and serving food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and fostering a warm atmosphere for all residents. Your contribution will impact our community’s overall dining satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare dining room settings for all meal services
• Perform general cleaning duties including bussing and dishwashing
• Create a welcoming and secure dining atmosphere




• Foster positive communication among staff and residents
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as required

Requirements:
• Grade 10 or equivalent education
• 1-2 years dining service experience preferred
• Food Safe Level 1, Serving It Right, and WHMIS Certificates
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Must pass a vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
