Lead the Nutrition and Food Services team at Nova Scotia Health in a part time Supervisor role. You will ensure safe operations, meal delivery, and staff supervision across various sites.

As a Supervisor in Nutrition and Food Services, you will report directly to the Manager and oversee daily operations, meal service, and employee management. Your expertise will drive quality assurance and patient safety while supporting our commitment to efficient food service operations. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in clinical nutrition and food management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food service operations and meal delivery
• Act as a liaison between staff and management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards




• Coordinate team tasks and manage conflict resolution
• Support the development of staff through coaching

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Nutrition or Food Management
• Minimum two years' experience in food service leadership
• Advanced Food Safety Certification and HACCP Training
• Red Seal Cook Certification preferred
• Knowledge of customer-focused food service operations
