Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements

• Provide legal risk management advice to teams

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. required
• Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec
• Minimum 10 years in corporate and commercial law
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Bilingual in French and English for communication
