Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Public Health Nurse for the Families First program in Portage la Prairie. The incumbent will promote and protect population health, working with Home Visitors and Public Health Nurses within a multi-disciplinary team.
The role requires a Baccalaureate in Nursing, RHPA registration, BLS, and supervisory experience. Travel to regional facilities may be required, with days and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
