As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be integral in developing and validating control systems for gas turbine engines. Your experience in control systems engineering, along with knowledge of DO-178C, will ensure high-performance deliveries. Collaborating with suppliers and product teams, you'll help to refine system functionality and contribute to critical aviation missions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and validate engine control systems for various applications
• Develop system requirements in collaboration with aircraft manufacturers
• Create test plans for simulation and flight tests




• Analyze data from validation tests for certification reports
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and aftermarket issues

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace)
• 5 to 15 years of experience in control systems engineering
• Experience in gas turbine control systems preferred
• Familiarity with DO-178C and DO-254 firmware
• Solid analytical and communication skills
