**The Chance**
HUB Canada's Group Retirement Team is expanding, and we're looking for a Group Retirement Consultant who's ready to make an impact.

This isn't just a role--it's a seat at the table as we build out a long-term succession plan for the business.

We're investing in the future, and we want people who want to grow into it with us.
**What You'll Do**
Own and grow relationships with existing group retirement clients, serving as their trusted go-to for navigating their plans
Hunt for new business and build a strong pipeline across the Prairie Region
Guide plan members through key financial decisions, including plan exits and financial assistance requests
Partner with consultants and commercial lines salespeople to create cross-sell opportunity and a robust pipeline across the region
Plug into the larger HUB Canada Group Retirement Team and help shape where this business goes next
**What We're Looking For**
LLQP Certification required
RPA or CEBS designation is an asset
3+ years of experience in the group retirement industry
Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and brings attention to detail




Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Proficiency with Windows-based systems
