**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on electromechanical assembly of robotic platforms in a production environment.

You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, install and route cables, and use a variety of tools and systems to build high-quality robotic products.
**Responsibilities**
Perform electromechanical assembly of robotic platforms according to detailed work instructions and schematics.

Use hand tools, torque tools, drills, and other power tools safely and effectively to assemble components.

Install cables and perform wire routing to meet electrical and mechanical specifications.

Rotate through different assembly stations to support cross-training and maintain flexibility within the team.

Use an ERP system to track build times, record serial numbers, and update information for each work order.

Follow 5S guidelines to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.

Complete other duties as assigned to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Essential Skills**
Electrical assembly experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Experience with wiring and cable installation.

Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, drills, and other power tools used in assembly work.
**Work Environment**
This position operates in a production environment with a small, close-knit team.

The standard schedule is daytime hours, typically from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You will work at various assembly stations and use tools such as hand tools, torque tools, drills, hoisting equipment, and production machinery.

The role requires regular use of computers for ERP and VKS systems and adherence to 5S practices to maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The work involves standing for extended periods, handling components, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Kitchener, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience,



job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
