Ce poste est pour vous! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e professionnel.le en Gestion de Configuration pour rejoindre notre équipe Airbus Canada basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez avec toutes les fonctions de l’entreprise et les différents fournisseurs. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Centre de Compétences Gestion de Configuration (CoC CM), chargée d’établir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies d’entreprises et processus liées à la gestion de configuration pour Airbus Canada et du développement du programme A220. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Professionnel.le en gestion de la configuration sera de supporter les processus en lien avec le changement des équipements chez Airbus Canada dans le cadre du programme A220, le tout en équipe multidisciplinaire, et en relation forte avec les communautés qui opèrent ces processus aujourd’hui.

Challenges Support the development and the maintenance of the equipment change processes, including the product identification aspect and change management.
Support the development and deployment of the vision for the Configuration Management Transformation, in compliance with Processes, methods, tools and data strategic orientation of the company.
To be a source of proposals enriching the roadmaps and vision of configuration management for Airbus Canada’s programs of today and tomorrow.




Represent the Airbus Canada engineering department in the configuration management’s improvement and transformation forums and workshops.
Develop proposals for strategic solutions/opportunities for improvement and, where appropriate, forward them to the team supervisor, project managers and configuration management board.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of the development plan within the integrated transformation plan.
Profile You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or possess an equivalent of seven (7) years of experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the aerospace industry.
You have excellent configuration management skills and knowledge, including ARP4754.
You have strong leadership and communication skills.
You are able to simplify, vulgarize complex topics and summarize risk, key actions and next steps, while using your own knowledge, experience and network.
You demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills (French/English) to share the philosophy, rules and practices of configuration management and to supervise work sessions.
You have the ability to foster internal connections and drive influence with external stakeholders.
You are creative and able to lead a team outside of established practice if necessary to find the optimal solutions.
You have shown initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and accountability and good, sound judgment.
You have a good knowledge of project management.
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide), less than 5% of the time.
