Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for a temporary part time role with evening shifts (3:00pm-11:00pm). You will support medication administration, treatments, and assessments under the Director of Care.
You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ensure nursing practices meet College of Nurses of Ontario Standards, Long-Term Care Standards, and our internal Southbridge standards. A negative vulnerable sector check and TB screening are required.
