This role is pivotal for Wealthsimple’s Client Experience Operations team. You will focus on enhancing the Workforce Management (WFM) function by designing AI agents, creating forecasting models, and driving platform decisions. Your work directly influences how we deliver exceptional client support at scale, setting technical directions while mentoring the analyst team through hands-on guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build AI agents to automate manual WFM tasks
• Develop forecasting models and real-time recommendation engines
• Evaluate and co-own WFM platform decisions




• Collaborate with data and engineering teams
• Set technical direction for WFM automation

Requirements:
• 6-8+ years in contact center platform operations
• 5+ years designing end-to-end WFM solutions
• 3+ years in AI & automation engineering
• Proven experience writing production code against REST APIs
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical design
