Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, allowing you to balance multiple priorities in a member-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CPHR designation pathways and course requirements
• Assess member eligibility for certification and standards
• Support professional certification procedure development
• Provide operational support to Professional Conduct Committees
• Enhance operational workflows and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary education in Business or related fields
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and compliance
• Proven leadership capabilities in a member organization
• Strong analytical and communication skills
