As a key member of the Toromont team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance on premium Caterpillar equipment. Your responsibilities include performing lubrication services, scheduling maintenance with customers, and maintaining positive relationships. A commitment to safety and health standards is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete lubrication services and repairs on site
• Schedule convenient preventative maintenance for customers




• Document service and repair information thoroughly
• Organize lube truck inventory and equipment
• Conduct 250 to 2000 hour services including valve sets

Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education
• Knowledge of CAT E.T., SIS or DBS systems beneficial
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence; DZ is an asset
• Robust customer relations skills needed
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts
