We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in utility projects to join our Vancouver team. In this role you will drive success in complex, high-risk projects, collaborating with top-tier professionals and stakeholders. You’ll leverage your expertise to deliver excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge, innovation, and career growth.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects by coordinating cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget

Plan, lead, and monitor complex project activities to ensure alignment with defined benefits, resource allocation, and project milestones

Develop and maintain key project documentation—including project plans, risk registers, communication strategies, progress reports, and close-out summaries—to support effective execution and stakeholder engagement

Manage all phases of project delivery across multiple domains, including scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, engineering, procurement, construction, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, regulatory compliance, and safety—applying recognized project management methodologies

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams through explicit and consistent communication, leveraging strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Establish and promote project delivery standards through robust analysis, deep understanding of project management best practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement and resource optimization

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Constructionor any other relevant field

Minimum 5years of experience in project management with majorenergy projects

Excellent working knowledge of safety standards and regulations such as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards and WorkSafe Regulations

Effective communication abilities in English, including analytical skills, interpersonal communication, and presentations
