This role reports to the Director of Finance and requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and strengthen financial controls within a fast-growing fintech company. Collaborate closely with leadership teams to monitor performance and identify operational opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations




• Analyze financial performance and support budgeting processes
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and IFRS standards
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
• 3 - 5+ years in finance, accounting, or analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• CPA designation acquired or nearing completion
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
• Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
