• Negotiate and finalize Tipalti Services Agreements
• Lead vendor-side commercial contracting processes
• Provide direct legal advice across departments
• Shape the team's contracting playbook and workflows
• Manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters

Requirements:
• Common-law degree (J.D., LL.B.), in good standing in Ontario
• Minimum 8 years in commercial technology transactions
