This role within the Scheduling department caters to administrative functions relating to course scheduling and exam logistics. You will engage with various scheduling applications and student information systems to assist in creating credit and non-credit course schedules. The position also provides general administrative support to streamline operations for Enrolment Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze departmental academic schedule change requests
• Assign instructors to courses in the student information system
• Facilitate space setup for credit final exams




• Handle ad-hoc room bookings as needed
• Monitor shared Scheduling email inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum Two-Year Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least one year of post-secondary work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Infosilem and similar software
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
