Responsibilities:
Followup on all leads from a variety of sources
Meetindividual and department goals
Promotenew business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing newcustomers through prospecting and referral networks
Providinga superior experience for our customers in order to exceed theirexpectations
Demonstratinga high level of product knowledge,



including participating in producttraining available
Setgoals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach thoseobjectives
Maintainstrong knowledge of all vehicle models
Qualifications:
Effectivenegotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
Abilityto build and maintain rapport with customers
Industryexperience preferred
ValidOntario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience
ValidOMVIC License required
