As a Learning Coach & Mentor, you'll provide alternative learning opportunities across Hastings and Rother. You'll engage in meaningful activities and foster relationships to promote personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver alternative learning activities for social and academic needs
• Plan and facilitate engaging sessions for individuals and groups
• Provide tailored mentoring and guidance for participant progress




• Build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to participants and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Experience in education, mentoring, or coaching
