Extendicare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide planned, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with provincial standards, reporting to the Director of Care or Health & Wellness. You will work with an inter-skilled team to assess, document, implement, and evaluate care plans while administering medications and educating residents and families.
The position is part-time and located at Extendicare facilities in Canada.
