Support accounting operations within a logistics firm as a Senior Accountant. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals ready to enhance month-end processes and handle complex reconciliations.

This full time role requires strong month-end close experience and the ability to manage financial records efficiently. You will directly report to the Head of Finance and assist in stabilizing our close process with an immediate focus on finalizing 2025 financials. A transition to a hybrid work schedule is possible after the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations




• Assist in customer invoicing for fulfillment services
• Help clean up legacy financial records

Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred (in progress accepted)
• Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
• Strong month-end close and reconciliation skills required
• Experience in logistics or high-volume environments beneficial
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
