This role requires certification with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform standardized testing for bacteria, fungi, and viruses
• Authorize release of laboratory results within TAT

• Support Quality Management Program activities and compliance

Requirements:
• Current certification with CMLTO
• Knowledge of lab safety practices and techniques
• Experience with laboratory information systems
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work rotational shifts and perform physical tasks
