Peninsula Ford Lincoln is looking for a Licensed AutomotiveTechnician ! This position provides a great prospect for flat rate structure in a busy shop. You will be reporting to the service manager and responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our customers' vehicles. Experienced apprentices may be considered.

Compensation: Licenced Techs $32-$42 per flat rate hour depending on experience

Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts by rotation 8am-12pm once a month

Your Role:

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.

Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.

Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.

Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.

Perform road tests and safety inspections.

Successful Candidates Possess:

Holds an Automotive Service Technician Apprenticeship Agreement with the College of Trades





Prefer fully licensed 310S may consider 3rdor 4thyear of apprenticeship

Valid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record.

Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
