CGL seeks a Facilities Specialist to contribute to efficient workplace operations. In this regular full-time role, you’ll oversee project management, coordinate relocations, and enhance workplace safety and health. Your expertise will ensure timely services, support operational standards, and maintain critical certifications in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee enterprise mobile support across locations
• Update annual life safety and BCP plans for compliance
• Maintain WELL, LEED, and other certifications




• Coordinate vendor services for operational standards
• Manage staff relocations and office configurations

Requirements:
• 6-9 years experience in Facilities Management
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Facilities Management
• Facility Management Skilled (FMP) credential required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
